I was so impressed with Ania! She gave me great advice on how to prep my home (and saved me from wasting money on unnecessary repairs). She showed up early on a holiday weekend to stage my home, and the results were amazing. She knew exactly how to do the listing, and get multiple offers, and helped me to choose the best offer. She had her own people do the final cleaning, and didn't even charge me for it. When a little glitch came up during closing, she handled the matter very efficiently. Her negotiation skills are excellent, and I'm sure she would be a wonderful buyer's agent as well. Her business ethics are impeccable, and that is very important to me.
