Ania was truly an angel to work with when my husband and I were buying our first home. She is extremely knowledgeable and was always accessible when we needed her. She even drove out of her way to meet us to see a house on the whim. There were even moments where we were getting discouraged but she helped us get right back on the horse and we found our perfect home. She became family during this process. I would HIGHLY recommend Ania.

I was so impressed with Ania! She gave me great advice on how to prep my home (and saved me from wasting money on unnecessary repairs). She showed up early on a holiday weekend to stage my home, and the results were amazing. She knew exactly how to do the listing, and get multiple offers, and helped me to choose the best offer. She had her own people do the final cleaning, and didn't even charge me for it. When a little glitch came up during closing, she handled the matter very efficiently. Her negotiation skills are excellent, and I'm sure she would be a wonderful buyer's agent as well. Her business ethics are impeccable, and that is very important to me. I highly recommend her, especially if you are in Cobb County, as she knows that area very well.

Ania was an absolute dream to work with. She helped my wife and me purchase our first home. She was highly responsive and adapted to our schedule to show us homes. She has years of experience and was a strong advocate for us every step of the way. You can tell she loves her job. She didn't pressure us into anything, and she looked out for our best interest. When it's time to purchase our next home, we'll be calling Ania. Highly recommend.

Ania's ability to take charge from initial contact is what I admire the most. She understands her customers and knows what it takes to close/sell on the property. She is very knowledge about the process and passes that knowledge on to the client. She represents her clients well and looks out for their best interest throughout the entire buying/selling process. In this case, she helped me sell my home in record time. I am still in awe of her capabilities and her drive to exceed customers' expectations. I would recommend her 100 times. She always gets it done!
